VIAVIA is a SOCIAL-FIRST, VIDEO-DRIVEN eCommerce platform curating fashion’s culture-making brands and exclusive labels through an Italian and streetwear-inspired lens.

Founded in September 2021, we are an online destination that offers a selection of high-quality and thumb-stopping fashion brands and exclusive MADE IN ITALY labels, supported with video-driven, confidence-inducing styling advice.

What we're looking for

  • 4 creators to join our team!
  • We're looking to build a relationship with a dynamic and engaging personality who can be the next TikTok star.
  • This person should be a talented storyteller who is passionate about fashion and making genuine connections with others online.
  • The right creator has a “gift for gab” and can easily engage, entertain and cultivate our brand community.
  • This role will be focussing on outfit curation, fashion styling, live streaming and finding authentic ways to weave the VIAVIA brand into pop culture conversations.
  • The right candidate should also want to grow their own presence online.
  • For a successful creator, we want to foster this person’s career by providing the tools and resources to grow with our platform and beyond, such as talent development, coaching and more.

Responsibilities

  • The execution of content programming on VIAVIA’s social and branded channels.
  • Oversee content performance and production of VIAVIA’s social accounts.
  • Partner with internal VIAVIA teams to optimize content performance through special promotions.
  • Maximize sales opportunities by styling with products from both our own brand and our third-party brands.
  • Collaborate with influencers and celebrities to create original VIAVIA content shows.
  • Maintain consistent communication with production teams and troubleshoot unexpected situations arising from content creation and live streaming.
  • Work with the fashion team to coordinate looks, styling, and programing.
  • Professionally and inclusively represent VIAVIA and our values in every interaction, including while live streaming and interacting with any third parties

  • Location: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY
    • Potential Remote in other areas
  • Ideally 2+ years professional experience in sales, retail, TV hosting or other related fields
  • Ability to travel as needed, including internationally specifically Italy.
  • Brands you might create content for: Coperani, Alexander Wang, Jacuemas, Blumarine, Mugler, MiuMiu, Prada, Christopher Esber, Ottolinger, Dion Lee, Lado Bokuchava and Heliot Emil.
  • Celebrities you might create content with: Hailey Bieber, Julia Fox, Emily Ratajkowski, Amelia Gray, Lori Harvey, Zaya Wade, Naomi Campbell, Tommy Dorfman, Lila Moss, Ziwe, Matilda Djerf, Emma Chamberlain, Iris Apatow and Sydney Carlson.
