What we're looking for

  • Experience: 5+ years in video editing
  • Proficiency in motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Ability to interpret and implement specific written or recorded notes to create engaging visuals
  • an eye for Youtube Thumbnails + longer formed content that lives on Youtube

Responsibilities

  • ~40 hrs/week (as needed)
  1. Motion Graphics Creation:
    • Collaborate with the Producer and Senior Editor to translate written or recroded notes into high-quality motion graphics
    • Ensure that visual standards are met and maintained consistently across all content.
  2. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with the production team to understand project requirements and timelines.
    • Communicate effectively with team members to align on visual elements and creative direction.
  3. Quality Assurance:
    • Review and refine motion graphics to meet the company’s standards for visual appeal and effectiveness.
    • Ensure that all visual elements align with the overall tone and branding of the content.
