What we're looking for
- Production expertise: Exceptional ability to plan and execute high-quality video productions from concept to completion
- Trend awareness: An uncanny ability to spot emerging trends and news stories before they peak
- Team leadership: Experience hiring and managing production crews and talent
- Visual aesthetic: A sophisticated eye for design, composition, and visual storytelling
- Cultural relevance: Skilled at connecting current events to creator entrepreneurship in authentic ways
- Strong on-camera presence: A magnetic personality that engages viewers and represents our brand values
- Creator mindset: You live and breathe social media, understanding platform algorithms and audience psychology
Responsibilities
We’re looking for someone who will:
- Stay constantly on the pulse of trending topics, world news, and cultural moments
- Translate complex worldwide media trends into visually stunning, shareable content
- Break down complex social media performance data into actionable insights
- Lead high-quality production shoots, including coordinating crew and talent
Qualifications
- Proven track record producing high-production value content (portfolio required)
- Demonstrated ability to consistently identify and capitalize on trending topics
- Experience managing production crews and directing talent
- Exceptional visual design sensibility across multiple formats
- Is a Content Creator or has strong experience working with Creators
- Strong storytelling abilities that inspire and educate audiences
- Is a genuinely caring, kind human being
