What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who understands how to optimize content for each platform and can easily & quickly create content for TikTok trends but is also appealing & relatable to older audiences.

Creator Demographic:

• We’d love for the creator & their audience to be young, curious/adventurous, interested in new experiences, coffee drinkers, people on the go & people who want an energy drink/caffeine rush

Interests:

• Lifestyle
• Fashion & Beauty
• Travel
• Kids & Parenting
• Food & Drinks
• Sports & Fitness

Qualities:

• Sense of humor
• Approachable
• Energetic & outgoing
• Friendly

Preferred qualifications & skills:

• Has a proven track record of growing social media pages & increasing overall engagement

Responsibilities

• ~25-30 videos a month
• Product Led Content - this could be recipes, drink ideas, restocking video etc
• Store Videos - creator goes to Sprouts, Target and other locations to highlight Sang and it’s retailers
• Personality Videos - trends, skits with Lan, funny clips, street interviews, taste tests
• Community Management (Sang to offer some additional support as well here)
• Increase followers on TikTok & Instagram and boost overall engagement
• Create content that shows off the brand’s personality
• Events & Travel: occasionally go to trade shows across the country, visit stores where we’ve just launched to film content
• Once a week meet with founder Lan to film content with her (this would be included in the total ~25-30 videos a month)
• Growth opportunities
• Report to Lan & Sahitra
• Repurposing content: The platforms we’d need content for are IG Reels, FB Reels, YT Shorts & TikTok

• Preferred Location: New York 🗽

• ~$6,000-$8,000/month
