What we're looking for

We’re looking for a creator-first storyteller who can become a recognizable face and creative partner for Orion.

You might be a great fit if you are:

  • ~25–45, any gender
  • Passionate about sleep, wellness, performance, longevity, and/or human optimization
  • Naturally curious about why things work — and great at explaining them simply
  • Comfortable on camera and confident sharing your real routines, experiments, and experiences
  • Drawn to premium, calm, design-forward aesthetics (not loud or gimmicky wellness content)

You have:

  • Strong experience creating short-form video for TikTok & IG Reels (with examples of high engagement)
  • A deep understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling arcs, and platform-native formats
  • Comfort with editing (cuts, captions, text overlays, trending audio)
  • Ability to translate science and expert insights into compelling, accessible content
  • Interest in being one of the faces of Orion’s content ecosystem, even interacting with other creators we partner with.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Background in health, fitness, or human performance
  • Experience with sleep tech, wearables, or wellness hardware
  • Familiarity with compliant health language (FDA-safe, no wild claims)
  • A thoughtful personal brand that already aligns with Orion’s tone

Our Content Vision

We want to build a best-in-class sleep content engine. Think aspirational, grounded, and genuinely helpful.

Orion content should feel:

  • Calm, confident, and intelligent
  • Evidence-based but never preachy
  • Premium and cinematic, yet human and relatable
  • Raw when needed

This is not “biohacker bro” content.

This is not fear-based wellness.

This is about making sleep feel powerful, personal, and quietly life-changing.

We want to partner with you to develop repeatable, episodic series for organic growth, AND high-performing creative when amplified.

Responsibilities

10-15 videos per month, works with our social and growth team.

Flexible, open to creative candidates anywhere!

Budget

~$5k-$7k/month for 10-15 videos per month (dependent on final SOW)
