What we're looking for
Marpipe is on the hunt for a very unique role: part design nerd, part content creator. We’re looking for an In-House Social Architect— your job will be to make and oversee the production of content about design culture and advertising.
Ideally, you are skilled graphic or motion designer who lives and breathes the latest in marketing, advertising, and design culture and knows how to turn that passion into thumb-stopping social content.
This isn’t your typical design gig. You’ll be creating high-performance content about design, marketing, and advertising. That means TikToks, Reels, memes, motion graphics, video essays, software demos —you name it. Marpipe builds cutting edge technology for designers and marketers... Our mission is to make Marpipe the brand every advertising executive wants to follow.

The ideal candidate is obsessed with short-form viral storytelling, has Gen-Z/young millennial appeal, and self-aware humor. Here are examples of the type of content creators we’re looking for:

Responsibilities
Your goal will be to generate organic social impressions for Marpipe and assist with activities related to our own marketing and sales efforts. You’ll have full creative freedom and your success will be judged by how many impressions you generate as well as your creative output & originality.
- Be the Face of Creative Culture at Marpipe
Create content that makes designers and advertisers say, “Damn, that’s good.” Think explainer videos, spicy takes, tutorials, reactions, trend breakdowns, and memes.
Ideating and pitching fresh content concepts that keep the brand culturally relevant and creatively evolving.
Launching and maintaining unique recurring series that bring the brand’s identity & personality to life.
- Own the Channels
You’ll create ~3-5 pieces of content weekly and report on results across channels each week.
- Design Like a Pro
Craft eye-popping, scroll-stopping motion graphics and visuals that reflect the cutting edge of design and ad creative.
- Content Creation for Organic & Paid
Produce social-first content with high organic reach and create variations we can run as paid ads—yes, you’ll be designing the ads and starring in them.
- Software Demos & Tutorials
Make beautiful, intuitive walkthroughs and video tutorials showcasing how Marpipe’s software empowers brands to scale their ad creative testing.
- Tease the Roadmap
Market and sell the road map not just the product. Treat the roadmap like a marketing asset: Tease features before they ship, show mockups/prototypes/direction, get users emotionally invested in what’s next.
- Jet-Set for Content
Travel to major marketing and design events worldwide. Create on-the-ground content, vlogs, interviews, and trend recaps that make our audience feel like they’re there.
Creator Location
Highly preferred to be in the NYC area (our office is in Tribeca), but remote okay for the right fit.
Budget
~$8,000-$10,000 per month dependent upon agreed upon SOW
