We set out to design the personal care we need — The Nécessary™ — that supports our health and wellbeing. We started with care for the body because we wanted to make the body the first thought, not the afterthought.

We use facial-grade ingredients at proven concentrations to address body skin concerns and give you better skin, neck down.

What we're looking for

• Must be team-oriented, growth-oriented, creative, reliable and have a passion for visual/social storytelling and social trends
• Have access to relevant equipment/space to shoot and edit TikTok content
• Have a strong understanding of the overall digital beauty landscape
• Part-time/freelance

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, style, edit, deliver and post a minimum of 30 compelling TikTok assets a month
• Consistently monitor the TikTok landscape/best practices and suggest new/timely content ideas that are on-brand and that will engage and expand our reach and relevancy on the platform
• Utilize on-trend sounds that do not infringe on royalties/copyrights
• Will be responsible for community management and growing the TikTok page

Notes

• Ideally, reside in LA but not a prerequisite
• Nécessaire Is A Personal Care Company.
• We are Climate Neutral Certified as per its first full year in business (2019), Plastic Neutral Certified, and proud to give 1% of every sale to environmental non-profits working to defend our air, land, water and wildlife worldwide.
• Nécessaire is headquartered in Los Angeles, California.
• Strong relationships with content creators and influencers are a plus!
