MyKoozieis a DTC company, selling the original personalized koozies. At MyKoozie we understand that you're looking for a koozie to help you celebrate and memorialize your special event. That's why we specialize in manufacturing personalized product - for the past 70 years!
Our core competency lies in no minimum personalized products, we manufacture and ship thousands of orders a day; and its something we are super proud of and excited to do!
Our team of skilled artisans includes designers, engineers, developers, and operators who work together to create the koozie to celebrate your event.
Founded by Owen Holmes in 1954 as a rubber stamp company in his garage - we have embraced and grown with e-commerce and built our team of over 100 amazing people.
We measure our success in the amount of connections we help facilitate in the areas we serve.
We define a connection as an event in your life that we can manufacture a personalized product to enhance the objective.
What we're looking for
- Quick wit, high energy, a fun personality, and able to connect with our followers through engaging and entertaining content.
- We believe that koozies tell a story, and we are looking for an influencer who can help us tell that story through their unique perspective and style.
- Must be growth oriented, creative, reliable, comfortable talking to the camera, and have a passion for storytelling.
- Someone who can become the face of our company and really take on the brand / personality as their own.
- Someone to help build, guide, and communicate our brand ethos on social. Specifically on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Someone who understands content creation as well as the business side of generating revenue.
- Demographic: male or female, ages 23-33
- Interests: social events/parties, bars, beach, boats - let’s have some fun and sell koozies!
Responsibilities
- Create 15-30 videos per month featuring our product and brand. These will be used on TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube.
- Attend weekly creative meetings with our marketing team to discuss upcoming campaigns, content ideas, and strategies for increasing engagement and reach.
- Promote our brand on social media by posting high-quality photos and videos that showcase our products in a creative and compelling way.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create content that aligns with our brand values and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in social media algorithms to ensure our content is optimized for maximum reach and engagement.
- Be willing to travel to Jacksonville,FL periodically to shoot on site content for 2-3 days at a time.
- Strategize with our marketing team on hashtags, events and trends that are applicable and how we can create our own.
Notes
- Location: Remote is fine - but we believe in the power of face 2 face meetings, so we do expect travel (maybe 3 or 4 times a year).
- Headquarters in Jacksonville, FL (team of ~90)
- Customization Center - Austin,TX (team of ~10)
- Customization Center - Philadelphia, PA (team of ~15)
- Budget: We do not have a solid budget today - to start we are thinking $1,500 - $3,000 a month depending on experience and agreed amount of content. The GOOD news is that if we can drive profitable sales to the brand, we are 100% open to more commission and bonuses as we want to develop a win/win partnership!
