Long Wknd, a sustainable-thinking personal care brand, is looking to hire a contract content creator.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated ability to work with people to achieve results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including highly developed presentation skills
Knowledge of Google Drive and Asana
Demonstrated proficiency in organic Tiktok and Instagram content management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work well in a team and independently
Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, be flexible and take on new job duties

Responsibilities

Strategically and creatively produce/edit video and photography content to tell compelling, engaging stories around all property and brand verticals for use on social media
Create title animation/motion graphics content, assets, texts (captions/hashtags) and layouts as needed.
Conceptualize and lead the creation of compelling content for Pinterest, Instagram feed, stories, Reels & TikTok
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions with unique ideas for content production.
Make paid UGC as necessary in accordance with Creative Lead
Monitor competitive activity and community platforms to identify trends and opportunities

About the Role:

Long Wknd’s Content Creator will be responsible for the overall workflow, execution and management of all social media organic content.
As a content creator, we expect this person to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, and very comfortable being in front of the camera for content creation.
They should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Ultimately, they should be able to handle all organic content, helping with high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.
