About Us

We are the largest garden rose grower in the United States supplying wedding floral designers and flower lovers with our roses year round. Grace Rose Farm is unique in that we we grow our own product unlike other flower bouquet companies that ship nationwide.

We’re on a mission to redefine the rose and make it a beloved flower to gift others because our roses are so different from the average flower. Seeing and smelling is believing!

What we're looking for

• Must be creative and willing to learn about our roses.
• Part time to start and definite move to full time for the right person.
• Must live in the LA/OC/SB area and be willing to travel to our Ventura County farm several times per month to take video footage of our rose gardens, family, dogs, workers, etc.
• Someone who loves refined gifts and beautiful spaces who can tell the story of our farm and how buying our roses is a better experience than other flowers. Our garden roses are the Chanel of flowers so conveying luxury while also making it feel attainable to people is important.
• Floral experience or gardening a plus, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Will be filming (conceptualizing/editing) + posting a minimum of 30 TikToks a month. Preferably 2 per day for 60 per month.
• Will be responsible for the growth of our TikTok.
• Needs to work with our floral designer who will film TikToks as well.
• Help us identify great TikTok ad ideas so we can run paid campaigns as well as organic on TikTok.

Notes

• Must be located LA/OC/SB area and willing to travel to Ventura County, CA (30 mins north of Calabasas and Woodland Hills)
• We have been featured in Martha Stewart Living, Magnolia, Country Living, Drew Barrymore’s magazine and other national publications.
• We work with around 200 influencers with a reach of 30,000,000 and are looking to grow our influencer reach via TikTok. We are on the cusp of becoming a household name in flowers so we would love someone who can help get us there!
