CAVA is additionally a national CPG business that sells popular dips, spreads, and dressings at Whole Foods and other specialty grocery stores.

Job Description

  • A creator with a passion for conceptual creative, a love of all things social, and an ability to shoot and produce incredible social-first video content.
  • You will lead the creation of original and highly entertaining content on an everyday basis, and will be tasked with the ideation, development, and execution of TikTok content strategies to help grow awareness, build community, and increase conversion.
  • You are someone who is both results driven, with a bias toward action, and incredibly creative and iterative.
  • You understand brand aesthetics and are able to seamlessly navigate the nuances of the ever-changing TikTok platform.
  • Aside from content creation, you understand our brand voice and will help grow our community through vibey kind and confident community management.
  • You are resourceful, engaging, organized, and flexible.

What we’re looking for

  • Someone with a strong understanding of maintaining brand voice and executing consistent, highly engaging and strategic original content
  • Relatable to the Gen. Z audience (someone who’s confident, yet not braggadocious; irreverent, yet not insincere)
  • Passionate about what’s new in pop, street, and food culture – and understands how to translate it to our brand
  • Genuinely excited about CAVA and is enthusiastic about our mission/growth
  • Guest-first orientation, with strong intuition and taste for what resonates at CAVA

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, film, edit, and post 10+ videos per month
  • Strong TikTok content creation skills, with an ability to nimbly tell and promote stories in a witty and engaging way.
  • Professional-level experience with video editing software
  • Ability to couple analytical and data insights with creative thinking to test, iterate, and optimize social media content
  • Collaborate with the CAVA Social Team to analyze insights and brainstorm ideas to increase following and likes on the platform
  • Engage directly with guests and influencers, facilitating meaningful and authentic two-way communication and responding to questions, comments, and requests
  • Identify new engaging ways and breakthrough opportunities to engage our community, leveraging new features across the platform

Notes

  • Preferably NYC-based
  • MUST live near a CAVA location
  • While this will start as a contract position, there is an opportunity to make this full time
  • We most often use Slack and Zoom for communication
